How to use the Volta shop and report an accessibility barrier.
Our service
G&C provides information on Volta vehicles for Germany and Austria. You can search and filter models, compare up to three vehicles, read documents and request advice or service. Content is available in German and English.
Products released for sale use Shopify checkout. Items, total price, delivery and payment are shown before placing a paid order and can be corrected.
Keyboard operation and magnification
Tab and Shift+Tab move between controls, Enter activates links and buttons, and Escape closes open menus. Selectors, filters and comparison controls have labels. Status messages announce the result count. Wide tables can be scrolled horizontally inside their labelled region.
The layout adapts to the screen. Zoom remains available; movement is reduced when requested by your system settings. Videos load only after selection and do not autoplay.
Target and current testing status
The technical target is WCAG 2.2 AA; EN 301 549 and BFSG requirements are considered separately. Full conformity has not yet been demonstrated. The complete purchase process, screen readers and real devices require further testing before launch.
Translated manuals are additionally available as readable HTML text. Draft PDFs and Turkish source appendices have not been demonstrated to be fully accessible documents. Manufacturer videos may use Turkish and lack German subtitles; editorial descriptions do not replace full captions.
